I’m a huge fan of Quentin Tarantino’s style, he has this very unique way of storytelling, whether its the structure of the story, to the amazing dialogue, he really has a distinctness to him. I have a hard time choosing my favorite out of the seven films he’s directed, but it would have to be between this and Kill Bill. Here we have Pulp Fiction, a film that put a adrenaline shot in John Travolta’s career, and also in Uma Thurman’s chest. A film where we see one of Samuel L. Jackson’s best scenes ever. This is the first time I saw a wallet with the words “BAD MOTHER F***ER” on it, and the first time I heard about a “Royale with Cheese”. We find out if giving a foot massage and oral sex are in the same ball park. And we have a chase scene with Bruce Willis and Ving Rhames that ends in the latter getting sodomized, which is a demonstration of white supremacy, but we’ll save that for another post. What’s not to like about this movie?
“DESCRIBE WHAT MARSELLUS WALLACE LOOKS LIKE!!”
“SAY WHAT AGAIN! SAY. WHAT. AGAIN. I DARE YA! I DOUBLE DARE YOU MOTHERF***ER! SAY “WHAT” ONE MORE GOD DAMN TIME!”
“DOES HE LOOK LIKE A B*TCH!?”
