Trump Cancels Visit To RI, Bill Clinton To Speak At CCRI

Republican Presidential candidate, Donald Trump, has cancelled his trip to Rhode Island, Trump was scheduled to speak this week on Friday at either the Dunkin Donuts center or  the Rhode Island Convention center.  According to State police Col., Steven O’Donnell, the state police were informed by the U.S. secret service that Trump had cancelled his visit to the Ocean State. Trump’s honorary chairman in Rhode Island, state Rep. Joseph Trillo (Rep) told the Providence Journal the event in RI might have been cancelled due to security concerns. Wether, Cruz or Kaisch will visit Rhode Island prior to the state primaries on April 26th is unknown.

On the Democratic side, former President, Bill Clinton, will be speaking in Warwick at the Community College of Rhode Island to campaign for his wife and Democratic presidential candidate, Hilary Clinton. The event is set to talk place at 12:30pm on Thursday, April 13 and is free and open to the public.
